From the other Curio reports, it sounds as if the sleepwalker activity has reduced in the city. I don’t know why it started in the first place. I don’t know why it has subsided, but my hunch is going forward that they will come in and flow out like a tide whenever whoever is controlling them needs to advance their plans.
